QUALITY SUPPORT – SAB NAFTA

Job title :
General description :
Support the management in different quality tasks:
- Validation quality and innovation process (IATF 16949), translation and redaction of documents in order to build the quality management system.

Primary Duties and Accountabilities :
- Support in the translation and redaction of official documents for the quality management system
- Validate in the ground the documents and their application
- Realize control of parts with the equipment and the harmonization of the procedure

Specific Duties :
1. Prepare the file for the Quality Management System
• Prepare procedure & methods
• Prepare Operative instruction
• Verify the conformity of the provided information before submitting
2. Improve and qualify
• Validate the conformity of the quality system management
• Adapt existing methods to our need
3. Communicate
• Collect information on the different area
• Interrogate the different supervisor and share with them the documents/methods
• Reporting

Candidate profile :
Education :
Bachelor Degree
Language (written and oral) : Preferred : French, German, Advanced : English
Experience in a Quality department (Automotive ideally) or basic knowledge of quality, Norm (ISO).
Organized
Work in an international environment

SALES ENGINEER – SAB NAFTA

Job title :
General description :
Represent the company in front of all the potential customers for Aluminium Die Casting and Machining business in the North American market

Primary Duties and Accountabilities :
- Visit the potential customers of SAB Nafta in the North American market
- Participate to the preparation of the quotes in relationship with the Technical VP and the Sales VP based in France
- Submit some quotes on behalf of SAB Nafta and follow up the feedback of the customers till the final decision
- Guaranty the customer satisfaction
- Update the price list according to the different agreed indexation with customers

Specific Duties :

1. Visit the potential customers of SAB Nafta in the North American market
• Participate to the Sales strategy defined in collaboration with Sales VP and Plant Manager
• Visit on the regular basis (at least once / month the potential customers)
• Participate to Automotive Trade Fairs in México and in the USA
• Identify new potential customers for Aluminium Die Casting and Machining

2. Participate to the preparation of the quotes in relationship with the Technical VP and the Sales VP based in France
• Understand the requirements and specifications from the customers
• Know or collect the main drivers of the cost breakdown for Aluminium Die Casting and Machining
• Valid the feasibility of the quotes with SAB Nafta Managers
• Prepare and exchange the different quotations to submit to customers with Technical VP, Sales VP and Plant Manager

3. Submit some quotes on behalf of SAB Nafta and follow up the feedback of the customers till the final decision
• Send the quotes to the customer
• Track them and guarantee the good understanding of the customers
• Verify the competitiveness (good or bad) of our quotes
• Suggest some improvement to the customers after review with the SAB Nafta and Groupe SAB management
• Understand the customers decisions and provide feedback within the organization

4. Guaranty the customer satisfaction
• Maintain good relationship with the customers
• Verify the customers satisfaction on a yearly basis
• Provide support of the Quality / Engineering / Logistics team in case of need
• Be the voice of the customers inside the Groupe SAB organization

5. Update the price list according to the different agreed indexation with the customers
• Track the main indicators for metal and added value
• Define the frequency of the price list update

Candidate profile :
Education :
Engineer school / Business school
Language (written and oral) : Preffered : French, German, Advanced : English
Work in an international environment / 5 year experience minimum as Sales Engineer
Experience in an Automotive supplier (Tier 1 / Tier 2 / Tier 3) dealing with Tier 1 or Tier customers
Experience in the Aluminium Die Casting and Machining market
Good technical skills to understand the customer needs and be convincing in front of the customers
Good abilities to negotiate
