Our automatic moulding line with its GF air-impact ramming machine and its moulding box measuring 800 x 680, height 2 x 300 mm, enables us to handle a maximum capacity of 40 casted/hour.

  

Due to tool changeovers in hiddent time, we can achieve small and medium runs for castings weighing from 0.5 to 35 kg.

Our know-how enables us to manufacture parts of aspect, techniques, strongly cored ; the whole of our models are conceived and carried out in-house.We ensure the manufacture of the totality of the cores ; shot-blasting, the tribofinition and the heat treatment are also integrated.
