INDUSTRYThe aluminum casting is a process of transformation of a metal (Aluminum) that allows us to meet the expectations of our customers by proposing full solutions.
The gravity die casting is a casting process, industrial in its implementation allowing us to obtain highly technical parts through a permanent mold.
Low pressure die casting is a casting method that involves the injection under low pressure of a liquid alloy into a permanent mold. Our molding line makes it possible to obtain larger parts in different aluminium alloys.
High pressure die casting is a technology that involves injecting the alloy at high speed into a permanent mold. Our fleet allows the production of lower thickness parts for small, medium and large series
The machining of aluminum parts declined in the Groupe SAB in several approaches ensures the supply of finished aluminum parts to customers.
Machining in small and medium series is organised to satisfy needs from 200 to 100 000 parts per year in order to provide for the Industrial markets.
Machining in large series is another approach of our Automotive Division that serves, thanks to dedicated means, the capacity and capability required by our customers in high-volume markets (more than 100,000 parts per year)
Machining assembly is the development of our Added Value (washing, tightness, mechanical assembly), “around” machining and answers to customer requirements and confirms our know-how in terms of supply (finished product or subassemblies).
Integrated supplier of parts (or functions) in small, medium and large runs toward Automotive and Industrial markets. A range of Skills working together (Aluminium casting and machining) of an Industrial Group in full development serving his Customers with many varied requirements.
As Second-rank automotive supplier, specialist in technical cored parts (Die casting) and machined, we support our Customers to guarantee them a sustainable and competitive solution. In our role of global supplier, our Technical Teams also support the projects of industrialisation of High pressure die casting parts with or without machining.

We integrate around our core business (Aluminium casting and machining) the support for complementary performances (surface treatment mainly) to be able to supply a subset of a quite industrial complexity, in run production.
